Alabama Private Investigator

In Alabama, Private Investigators must be licensed under Chapter 25B Alabama Private Investigation Regulatory Act.
A State exam is required for licensure and the Alabama Private Investigator exam consists of 50 questions and takes roughly one hour to complete.
Licensed Investigators in Alabama are required to take 16 hours of Continuing Education every two years. More info can be found here.
