NITA is a Board Approved Continuing Education provider in Alabama. NITA’s continuing education courses are already offered in states such as Oklahoma, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Oregon, Tennessee and Texas. Continuing education classes include:
- Surveillance Basics 101 – 12 hour CE
- Surveillance and Fraud – 6 hour CE
- Surveillance Ethics – 2 hour CE

All investigators must be licensed within the state of Alabama under the Alabama Private Investigation Regulatory Act. To apply for a license, individuals must fill out the application, pass an examination and submit fingerprints for a background check.
