Christopher M. Cavallo brings over 30 years of corporate management experience in every facet of the security, investigations and technology industries. Throughout his career, Chris has served in executive leadership positions for companies such as Borg Warner Protective Services, a Fortune 50 protective services firm, to RSI, one of the premier Background Investigations companies in the United States. Chris has also founded multiple companies of his own, both domestically as well as internationally, and has been published in numerous industry magazines and national publications, including MSNBC and other programs.
Today, Chris serves as Managing Partner of Cavallo Associates, the parent company of CSI Secure Solutions. CA specializes in formulating business strategies, including go-to-market plans, branding initiatives, large project development, customer identification process, contract negotiation, risk analysis, and acquisition projects, for clients in a wide array of industries. CA partners with clients from the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors in all regions to identify their highest-value opportunities address their most critical challenges and transform their enterprises.
We had the opportunity to speak with Chris regarding his most recent venture, CSI Secure Solutions, a security, investigations and consulting company, and why they have chosen NITA as their investigations partner.
You’ve developed quite a reputable team at CSI Secure Solutions. What’s your secret?
Chris: I truly enjoy mentoring and developing new people in the industry. Many of our investigators are former law enforcement professionals and others from the commercial sector who have expressed interest in furthering their career in the field of private investigations. In my hiring process, I always strive for excellence. NITA’s instructors and overall curriculum reflect our standards.
We understand you have options when it comes to investigative training, so what motivated you to choose NITA?
