NITA Student Spotlight: Lisa B
When was the last time you made a step in the right direction to pursue your career ambitions? The prospect of a possible career change might seem daunting for most people. Then there are individuals like Lisa B., a recent graduate of the National Investigative Training Academy, Inc. (NITA), who chose to embrace the possibility of a career change with gumption.
Lisa, a mother of three boys, has successfully juggled a number of projects in between shuffling her kids to and from sports practices and other extracurricular activities. After working hard as a stay at home mom for 25 years, Lisa knew in her heart that it was time for a change. She decided to take a leap of faith and fulfill her dream of becoming a Private Investigator.
After relocating from Houston to the coast of Florida six years ago, Lisa has dabbled with the possibility of launching her own business in the field of private investigations. After consulting two trusted Private Investigators in the field, she learned there were a few steps she needed to complete before launching her new venture as a Private Investigator in the state of Florida.
Once Lisa secured her Private Investigator sponsorship, she began searching for investigative training academies to earn her Florida Investigator CC Intern License. She chose to enroll in NITA’s program because she was most impressed with the school’s course explanation and ease of enrollment. She also appreciated that the course was offered online and available for immediate enrollment.
The Florida Investigator "CC" Intern Course (40 hours) is an online course that meets the state of Florida’s Division of Licensing requirements in accordance with F.S. 493 to obtain a Private Investigator “CC” Intern License.
“The National Investigative Training Academy, Inc. (NITA) was definitely the best fit for my needs at the time,” Lisa explained. “I truly appreciated how convenient it was for me to pursue my investigative training online through NITA’s course.”
After graduation, Lisa received several offers from investigative agencies throughout Florida. She recently accepted her first surveillance job in the field.
“Although I have not yet needed it myself, it is reassuring to know the school also offers a job board for future employment,” Lisa added. “I’m convinced NITA’s faculty is committed to student success and I would absolutely recommend the course to anyone who would like to become a Private Investigator.”
