From law enforcement roles to podcast hosting (@CrossingTheTape), surveillance, and contributions to the Cold Case Foundation, she has experience in investigations and knows how to use Social Media to investigate her cases. Hilary Rodela is a licensed Surveillance Officer, a former private investigator, and a current faculty instructor and curriculum developer for NITA.
She is a former crime scene investigator and has worked for the Ruidoso (NM) Police Department as well as the Lubbock (TX) Police Department. Hilary has extensive investigative, forensic and law enforcement experience, and a Forensic Science degree. Hilary is also a freelance public safety writer for several police and forensic oriented publications.
