California Security Guard Card

As required from CA BPC 7583.6, a California security guard must complete 32 hours of training within six (6) months from the date an initial guard card registration is issued. Required training to be completed as follows:

  • 16 hours of BSIS training required within the first 30 days of licensure
  • 16 hours of BSIS training required within six (6) months of licensure.
