The National Investigative Training Academy, Inc. (NITA) offers professional development curriculum for Private Investigators. Our online curriculum encompasses a wide variety of training to include courses for those entering into the investigative industry as well as progressive curriculum for licensed investigators. Topics include surveillance, ethics, social media, report writing, interviewing skills, Investigator traits and fraud in investigations.
2. Pre-Licensing in Florida and Georgia
NITA is licensed in both Florida and Georgia. The Georgia Basic PI Training Course (70 hours) is an online course designed for the training of Private Investigators in the state of Georgia in accordance with the Georgia Private Detective and Security Agencies Act. The Florida Investigator "CC" Intern Course (40 hours) is an online course that meets the state of Florida’s Division of Licensing requirements in accordance with F.S. 493 to obtain a Private Investigator “CC” Intern License.
